Optimus was instrumental in site selection, design to maximize square footage and cube utilization, construction and arranged financing for this state-of-the-art logistics facility.

The 210,000 sq. ft. building consists of offices, a 32' clear height warehouse and a 24' clear height cross-dock. It also accommodates over 70 loading docks as well as parking for more than 135 truck trailers.
