OPUS was involved in every aspect of this project: land acquisition, financing, subdivision, permitting, design and construction.

Future Shop, a major retailer of electronics, computers and music was moving from an existing location nearby and OPUS' priority was to minimize their downtime. The base building had to be completed to allow Future Shop to move in and start its fixturing while work continued outside. It took only four months from the initial ground-breaking to turnover for this 35,000 sq. ft. freestanding project. OPUS' Design Build Method allowed Future Shop to open to the public as scheduled.
