OPUS provided site selection, design and construction services for this attractive and efficient building. This 240,000 sq. ft. facility is one of the most efficient GM parts distribution centres in North America. The team effort of General Motors and OPUS facilitated the successful completion of this project.
Unique features include a special air turn-over system, a full height glass curtain wall for the office and an interior truck concourse. This is one of many repeat clients that OPUS has provided a turnkey building for.
